We offer 100% natural Dhoop Sticks, Dhoop Cones, and fragrances for sale on our site. All prices listed on our product pages are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees will be applied at checkout as per our shipping policies. We reserve the right to change our prices or discontinue products at any time.

3. Delivery and Shipping

We ship across India. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timelines (3-7 days), delays may occur due to logistics issues or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the organic nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless you receive a damaged or incorrect product. If you receive a damaged shipment, please reach out to us at pushpavrat@gmail.com with order details and photos within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
